We are still in the game and aggressively working to aquire properties within the Ten downtown blocks that fit what Trader Joe's needs. While it's still a long shot to bring Trader Joe's to one of our Ten downtown blocks, we're working with the right community business leaders to get it done.

Plus, with the increasing visibility of The Ten, more opportunities are opening up.

We still believe that The Ten will become a premium location in Oklahoma and there’s no reason we can’t have something like a Trader Joe’s.

I leave town for a little over a year and Holy cow! Jenks went from taco capital to coffee capital? Burn boot camp has their own building. 11s district guy is still fighting with the city who evidently posted he was bisexual? The smoothie place is now an old lady hangout mahyong? Social is gone and now is going to be italian? Something called Mystic lasted a couple months? Georges is the same but i hear a major remodel is onway and has a completely different staff. (Which is a good thing imo) Smittys is the same but with some old staff from Georges. Maggies is the same-ish? The lodge and city hall are really struggling from what staff have said and me just observing the past 3 weeks. Pure is cool but I have heard from their mouths while sitting at the bar that they are having a tough time and closed a couple other locations? There is a furniture store boutique with some crazy couch that cost 80 bazillion dollars which ironically is about as much as the tops for ladies at the other boutiques across main that just opened. KFC is now going to be a bakery and coffee? Jenks coffee is moving after a few months? Roy's is now Slim's chicken? The salad spot is out? Hugo's is gone too? Reasors got bought by evidently Walmart because it sucks now. Is the outlet mall still a thing or is it one big coffee shop? The chamber moved to a ranch and then the old grocery store on main by Cecils tire which is also something else. Anyway, it has been good to see all the progress. My mind is blown. Offensive hilarity is onway to those who have no sense of humor. I cannot wait for the comments. Also, remember this is a roasting page I wouldn't come try and be a Cpt SaveAHo you most likely will not like the responses. Let's laugh together. We all could use that in today's climate.
