Some closings come easy... and then there are the ones that remind you why having the right team matters.

This sweet client has been through it all. If something could happen during the under-contract process, it did. Just one day before closing, we found ourselves facing another major hurdle- a lender totally dropping the ball.

Thankfully, Terrie McBride, stepped in, worked his magic behind the scenes, and helped get us across the finish line.

A huge shoutout to Skyler with Goosehead Insurance for answering every phone call, tackling every insurance obstacle, and helping keep both my client and me sane throughout the process. Your patience and professionalism did not go unnoticed.

And thank you to the amazing team at Clear Title & Escrow for helping get us to the closing table today. It truly takes a village, and I'm so grateful for everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this happen.

Some transactions take a little longer. Some require a lot more problem-solving. But at the end of the day, none of that matters as much as seeing my client walk into a home she can finally call her own. ❤️
