A little rain is helping the final phase of landscaping at The Seasons at East Northport come to life.

Phase 2 is nearing completion, bringing the final touches to this beautiful community. With now 97% of residences already sold, there are only a few opportunities remaining to call The Seasons home.

From vacant land to a thriving waterfront destination.

Since breaking ground in 2021, B2K has transformed Long Beach’s waterfront and created a premier new destination—now home to The Breeze, The Boardwalk, and a fully leased commercial strip.

Work continues to progress at Kittay House in the Bronx, where B2K Construction is serving as the third-party construction manager.

We are excited to be nearing completion of the 8th and 10th floors, which will soon welcome residents to their newly renovated spaces. B2K’s carpenters are putting the finishing touches on the remaining work while carefully protecting completed finishes as we prepare for resident move-in.

Earlier this week, B2K team members gathered at The Piermont in Babylon for the Ryan Anthony Head Start Fund's monthly meeting, where they spoke with students about careers in the skilled trades. By introducing a variety of trade professions, the team provided valuable insight into the many rewarding career paths available and encouraged students to explore future opportunities in the industry.
