Korean grocer HMart opened its first location in the East Bay Area at Kimco's Dublin Retail Center, bringing the center to 100% occupancy!

1,000 shoppers lined up to be among the first to shop the highly anticipated mega-store, and an estimated 10,000 shoppers visited throughout the day. The celebration kicked off with a traditional dance performance and ribbon cutting, setting the stage for a dynamic new chapter at the center.
