Just a heads up for my Friends, Family, clients and other agents. This gentleman is using MLS listings and photos and posting them “For Rent” scamming people out of application fees and whatever else.

If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is, but an entire home for rent in Greenfield Twp for 700 bucks.

That’s a scam alll dayyyy baby!

As we wrap up the week, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the hard work everyone has put in.

Real estate is about so much more than closing day. It’s the early mornings, late nights, countless phone calls, negotiations, inspections, problem-solving, and doing whatever it takes to get our clients to the finish line.

This week, that hard work resulted in 9 closings and over $3.3 million in closed sales. More importantly, it meant helping nine families move into their next chapter.

I’m incredibly proud of our team. Congratulations to Jay on his first closing—the first of many. Thank you to Melanie for everything she does behind the scenes, and a warm welcome to Dana, our new Transaction Coordinator. We’re excited to have you on board, and we’re looking forward to everything you’ll bring to the team.

A big TY to our clients, fellow Realtors, attorneys, title agents, lenders, and everyone involved in each transaction. It takes a team effort to get every deal across the finish line, and we’re grateful for each of you.
