Good design starts with asking the right questions.
Our client wanted custom baseboard radiator covers that felt intentional, elevated, and cohesive with the character of their loft—not simply functional.🤍💛
Before moving into production, we designed and built a full-scale prototype to study proportions, detailing, functionality, and how the piece would integrate with the surrounding architecture. 🏛️
Prototyping allows us to test ideas, refine details, and ensure that every element contributes to the overall design vision rather than feeling like an afterthought.
The smallest architectural details often have the greatest impact.

A graduate of Syracuse University’s School of Architecture, with further studies in Real Estate Development & Investments at NYU, his foundation is as strong as it is dynamic.

Material highlights from one of our favorite 2025 custom millwork projects 🩶✨

Custom built-ins are a recurring element in our work. Designed and fabricated by our team, these pieces bring together function, storage, and craftsmanship, with hardware chosen to complement the millwork.
A soft grey-blue hallway shows how finish and hardware can elevate a color palette. With matte walls, semi-gloss doors and moldings, and satin brass k***s and hinges, the brass adds warmth and dimension to the cool tone.
Because in great design, materials are never just materials—they shape the entire experience of a space.

Material highlights from our 2025 historic renovation and custom millwork project ✨♥️
From burgundy cabinetry and gothic architectural details to brass hardware and custom built-ins, these moments show how materials and craftsmanship shape a space.
In this historic gothic church renovation, we embraced classic burgundy paint across cabinetry, millwork, and architectural details. A custom gothic arch mirror, plate rail, and crown molding finished in high gloss bring depth to the bathroom, paired with brass hardware and lighting designed in a style that reflects the building’s character.
The kitchen continues the palette with a custom farm sink cabinet in burgundy, warm brass pulls, and vintage floral sconces that feel almost like drooping flowers. Stained moldings lead into the kitchen where we designed and built custom cabinetry to house antique doors found on the property, giving the historic materials a new life.

From cold and builder-grade to warm and elevated 💛🤍
This bathroom renovation was all about creating a space that feels intentional, refined, and quietly luxurious.
We reimagined the space and layered in thoughtful details:
✔️ Used large-format marble tile for a seamless, spa-like backdrop
✔️ Designed a custom floor layout with mosaic centered in the space, framed by the rectangular marble tile and separated with a brass Schluter strip — making it feel special, elevated, yet still timeless ✨
✔️ Carried that same mosaic into the shower floor & niche, also framed in brass for a cohesive detail ✔️Installed a fully frameless glass shower enclosure
At the heart of the space, we installed a rich wood vanity to bring warmth and depth 🤎 — paired with brushed brass plumbing and hardware by Kingston Brass & Kohler to enhance that warmth throughout.
🪞The statement arched mirror softens the space and subtly references the arched cabinetry we designed & built for living room feature wall, creating continuity throughout the home. 💛🔥
The result? A bathroom that feels custom, cohesive, and elevated.

✨ BEFORE → AFTER ✨
We transformed this dated dark wood kitchen into a bold, modern, highly functional space — and the difference speaks for itself.
We replaced the old cabinetry with custom indigo cabinets and added matte black hardware for a clean, elevated look. We carried the finish through with a matching Kohler faucet and pot filler — even coordinating the light fixture for a cohesive design. 🖤
To maximize function, we:
✔️ Designed a large cabinet with pocket doors that added storage & opens to reveal hidden prep space
✔️ Took cabinetry all the way to the ceiling with top-hinged lift-up cabinets
✔️ Added a dedicated pantry for serious storage
For the wow factor 🤍 we installed a beautiful quartz in Vadara’s Nordic Storm ⚡️— even running it to the ceiling in one feature area — and paired it with open shelving in another area so the space still feels open, not heavy.
And yes — we custom built the hood ourselves to ensure every detail aligned with the vision. 🔥

When we renovated this bathroom, our goal was simple: keep the palette neutral, but make it fun 🎉
We focused on material choices that feel calm, warm, and intentional. Soft neutral tile creates a serene foundation, while the subtle pattern adds movement and personality without overwhelming the space 🤍🧩 The warm brass fixtures bring in contrast and a touch of vintage charm ✨🚿—proof that small details can make a big impact.
This bathroom is a reminder that neutral spaces don’t have to feel flat or predictable. With the right mix of texture, finish, and thoughtful design choices, you can create a space that feels timeless and playful 🫶
