~I just closed out a STR (Short Term Rental) in Jersey City with my first international client (coming in from the UK).

Yesterday at the final walkthrough was our first time meeting face to face. We walked through the nicely furnished unit, I answered any questions he had, and I gave him this closing gift.

It’s amazing in this day and age how much can be done virtually (the apartment was shown via video, Whatsapp for overseas communication, etc.) A true global economy at work 🙌🏽

I appreciate the trust my client had in me during this process and am glad he is here and getting settled in.

I personally rented in Bayonne in ‘12/‘13 and a few things that attracted me to this area and caused me to make the New York to New Jersey leap were:

🔎 Close proximity to NYC. Bayonne is perfect for those who want to get more bang for their buck in Jersey, but still need to be close to the city.

🔎 Public transportation. The light rail in Bayonne is super convenient and well priced. You are in Jersey City in a few stops and connected to the Path quickly for your NYC commute.

🔎Affordability. Bayonne allows you to get more for less than other Hudson county locations. Whether thats a larger space or more beds/baths.

🔎 City feels/Suburban vibes. Bayonne still gives you the city convenience you know with big retail and mom & pops existing together, but there’s still a small town community vibe.
