Jersey City is a tale of neighborhoods right now — and it really depends on where you're looking.

In The Heights, homes are selling fast and buyers are competing hard. If you own property there, conditions don't get much better than this for sellers.

In Downtown and Journal Square, there's more inventory and buyers have a little more room to negotiate than they're used to. If you've been waiting for a window, this might be it.

And mortgage rates just dropped again this week — now at 6.30%, which is meaningfully lower than where they were a year ago. I'm already seeing that shift conversations with buyers who had been sitting on the sidelines.

Having lived here my whole life, I've watched this city change neighborhood by neighborhood. The data confirms what I see every day on the ground.
