Pre-qualifying isn’t about being difficult — it’s about being professional. Whether I’m meeting with a seller or a buyer, I need clarity before we sit down. For sellers, I need to understand motivation, timeline, pricing expectations, condition of the property, and goals. For buyers, I need to understand finances, motivation, timeline, and what they’re truly looking for.
