So many people get discouraged during the home buying process. From the excessive documents they need to provide lenders to the numerous homes they have to view until they find that perfect home. But the best thing you can do is to follow through and get a realtor who’s in for your best interest and will make the process easier and seamless.

This particular transaction went above your average purchase timeframe and tested almost everyone to give up. It thought me thought me the reward in being patient and just when you’re ready to give up is truly where the reward lies. That’s when God comes through and He comes through BIG!

I was able to secure my client a $100k grant towards his mortgage plus an additional $20K towards his closing! Satisfied to know it was all worth it.
