This past week has been one for the books. Lots of running. Last weekend I did 3 open houses and inspections on one of my listings. Monday was 2 listing appointments for listings coming soon. Tuesday Inspections on another listing and met with sellers to on 19 Hickory to go over multiple offers and select the best offer for them. Wednesday more inspections on one of my listings, 2 more listing appointments. Thursday - a day of paperwork and phone calls. Friday met with one of my sellers to present and offer and happy to report we are now under contract at 192 Bethel Rd. Friday we Also closed on 38 Ayers Dr, Canterbury. Today more inspections. Tomorrow a day offer!!! Love my job but it will be nice to have a day off.
