Jacksonville, FL is growing — and WH Bass is growing right along with it. 🙌

This past May, we celebrated the grand opening of Jacksonville's latest Chick-fil-A on Duval Station Road. As always, it was a celebration worth showing up for — and we were honored to play a role in this Operator's journey to opening day.

This one came with its share of challenges. Our project team navigated some complex problem-solving to hit the turnover date, and our subs showed out and kept things moving when it counted most. A huge thank you to the local community as well — your patience while we worked to minimize disruption to your daily routine didn't go unnoticed. That means a lot to our team.

And Jacksonville? We're not done yet. 👀 Our next grand opening in Jax will be an ALDI conversion — stay tuned!

Ocean Springs, MS gets its first Chick-fil-A — and WH Bass couldn't be prouder to have been part of making it happen. 🐮

These projects are years in the making before we ever put a shovel in the ground. The planning, the coordination, the trust CFA places in our team — it all matters deeply to us, and we don't take it lightly.

To see this store come to life and open its doors to the Ocean Springs community is incredibly rewarding. The Operator was an absolute pleasure to work with and watching them pour genuine care into this community on day one was something special.

The Rise of the Conversion: ALDI Panama City, FL 🛒🏗️

In today’s market, permitting and site complexities often make conversions a more strategic option than ground-up construction. At WH Bass, we’ve leaned into this challenge, helping owners transform existing spaces into modern, high-performing stores.

Our team had the privilege of converting a former Winn-Dixie into this beautiful new space, and it seems the community was just as excited as we were. The turnout was so massive that ALDI opened their doors early—and it still took nearly an hour to get the opening-day crowd inside! 🎊

Success like this doesn’t happen by accident. It takes a project team that knows how to pivot and find creative ways to keep a schedule on track.

The Bass team had a great time Friday watching the "Muffin Top" set and spending time with the 7 Brew New Store Openings team.

Industrialized Construction is in our DNA at Bass. We’ve embraced it now for over a decade alongside partners like Frey Moss, Red Built, Southern Wall Systems, and SIP. Experience matters—just ask Ron the Super on this project who worked on our first IC build in Hoover, AL!
