This Seaview Drive home is the perfect example of a home built in 1980 that has undergone many renovations over the years to fit the family’s needs.

My favorite addition is the FROG (Finished Room Over Garage).

This family added two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and living space over their garage. I love this addition and the value it adds to this property.

If you ask me what my favorite street is on Seabrook Island, this is it.

These beautiful custom homes either sit on the Kiawah River or have an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s just so hard to beat.
