✨Pest Control and Filter change
- BUILDING 112

✨Memorial Day
- OFFICE CLOSED! Office hour will resume on the following day Tuesday May 26.
- For emergency, please make sure to call 843-278-2299 and follow the prompt to get connected with our Emergency Maintenance.

✨NO Valet Trash Collection on Memorial Day
- Please utilize the compactor located next to the back gate and building 112.

✨Amenity and Pool Rules
- Proper attire, NO thongs are allowed.
- Please clean up behind yourselves. We appreciate keeping areas enjoyable for all!

✨SmokeHouse Bbq 15 - Food Truck
- Thursday May 21, from 5PM to 8PM.
