✔️ Met a new buyer client for coffee ☕️
✔️ Connected with a relocating service member purchasing here in East Tennessee
✔️ Received a referral from another local agent
✔️ Reconnected with an old friend getting ready to buy their first home

AND somehow still made it downtown for St. Patrick’s weekend at Main Street Days in Johnson City 🍀

From LA to Greeneville… and straight into a Victorian dream. 🏡✨

I met this sweet family in July of last year. They had one very specific vision: an old Victorian home with soul. The kind with original trim, tall ceilings, intricate details… the kind you restore, not replace.

Posie isn’t just my dog… she’s my service dog, my steady presence, and a constant reminder that support matters. She shows up quietly, consistently, and exactly when she’s needed most.
