This has been such an educational and insightful day.

Dr. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist & Sr. Vice President for Research at the National Association of Realtors, gave his 2026 revised forecast for NETAR brokers and others at TNsights in Chattanooga. His outlook for home sales is +4%, new homes 0%, prices +4%, mortgage rates 6.5%. NETAR's mid-year sales trend is +8.4%. Median price six month trend is +3.36%.

You know what is really cool?

When you get to the closing table and the buyer’s daughter is excited that her mother has purchased a Henley Construction and Development Inc. home.
