This closing was about much more than selling a house. It was about helping our seller move through an important life transition with a clear plan, steady guidance, and a team committed to getting the job done.

Like many senior transitions, this one had some challenges along the way. We worked through early pricing and property-detail issues, changing market conditions, inspection concerns, negotiations, and several moving pieces before finally getting it across the finish line.

In today’s market, homes are not automatically selling overnight like they did a few years ago. Inventory is higher, buyers are more cautious, and properties with maintenance concerns require the right strategy, communication, and persistence.
