Attention Residents:

As of March 1, 2022, we will no longer be accepting the delivery of your packages in the office. It has become too much of a liability for us. They will have to be delivered to your apartment door. You will be responsible for working out the arrangements with the delivery company.

ATTENTION RESIDENTS

We have received a message from a Johnson City Reporter. He is seeking current or past residents who are willing to speak about the living conditions here at the John Sevier. Below is part of his message. If you are interested, please contact us here, or David himself at his email and/or phone number: [email protected] or by phone at 423-722-0558

"Hey folks, my name is David Floyd, and I’m a reporter with the Johnson City Press. I’m working on a story about the living conditions at the John Sevier Center. I know LHP has been making improvements to the building since they took over property management, but I’m hoping to learn more about the long-term conditions of the building from residents who have been there awhile."
