Some Before and After pics on my “recycled” former hoarder house we just wrapped up today. Took a bit longer than we planned due to some challenges but feeling pretty good about bringing this former eyesore to its former , younger looking sexy self. 1971 sq ft. And a full basement on over an acre in Gray. Added covered front porch, new back deck, new roof, new cabinets, new appliances, new lights, trim,doors, flooring, new heat pump, new plumbing, reworked wiring and new lights, new garage door, got rid of that smell, hauled off TONS of stuff, donated a bunch of stuff, gave a woodworker friend trailer loads of fancy wood, found a bunch of lawnmowers, machine implements, made the neighbors smile (except that one guy) employed a bunch of great people.
