I love this house. Seriously.

It has probably become one of my favorite properties I’ve ever had the opportunity to list, and I’m not sure if it’s because of the people, the house, the land, or some combination of all three. ❤️

717 White Top Rd. officially has new owners, and I couldn’t be happier for this sweet family. ❤️

They were ready to make the move from Virginia to Tennessee, and I had the privilege of helping them find the place that would make that move feel like home.

There are so many details that come with moving across state lines, even when you’re only moving a relatively short distance. Different areas, different taxes, different processes, and a whole lot of decisions along the way.

🏠 UNDER CONTRACT in Bristol, Virginia!

2225 Randolph St. is under contract, and this transaction is a little different because I have the opportunity to represent both the buyer and the seller.

The seller inherited this home and was ready to move on from the property, while the buyer is an investor who saw the potential in it.

Two people coming to the same transaction for completely different reasons, and my job is to help both sides understand the process, keep communication clear, and work toward a closing that makes sense for everyone involved.

Real estate isn’t always about someone buying their forever home. Sometimes it’s helping a family handle an inherited property. Sometimes it’s helping an investor find their next opportunity. And sometimes I get to do both at once. ❤️

🎶 One of the things I love most about living in the Tri-Cities is having events like Bristol Rhythm & Roots right in our backyard.

The festival returns September 11–13 for its 25th anniversary, bringing three days of live music and energy to Downtown Bristol.

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day!

Real estate has given me a whole new appreciation for just how many people it takes to turn a house into a home.

Contractors. Electricians. Plumbers. HVAC crews. Inspectors. Lenders. Closing attorneys. Movers. Landscapers. And so many others working behind the scenes to keep homes safe, comfortable, and moving forward.

And then there are the homeowners themselves, working, saving, planning, fixing, updating, and building a life inside those four walls.

So today feels like a pretty good day to appreciate the work behind the places we call home. 🏡❤️
