"Knoxville remained the highest-priced market at $390,000, followed by Chattanooga at $350,000, Morristown at $318,700 and the NETAR region at $308,000. Morristown recorded the strongest price growth at 5.01%, slightly ahead of NETAR’s 4.41%, while Chattanooga’s 0.81% increase was the most restrained.

Knoxville also led sales volume with 2,151 closings, followed by Chattanooga with 1,138, NETAR with 825nd Morristown with 196. Morristown posted the fastest sales growth at 21.0%, ahead of Chattanooga’s 16.4% and Knoxville’s 13.6%. NETAR showed the most moderate sales gain at 5.5%, but combined it with comparatively solid price appreciation."
