ATTENTION ALL CENTURY SUNRISE RESIDENTS AND VISITORS: When the storm in over on Monday, ALL VEHICLES must move offsite to allow for snow removal and salting of the parking lots. ANY VEHICLES IMPEDING THE SNOW PLOWS WILL BE TOWED AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS' EXPENSE. NO WARNINGS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Tenants are responsible for notifying their visitors.

💛🍽️ ONE PLATE, ONE COMMUNITY — ROUND TWO! 🍽️💛

In light of SNAP benefits still pending, we’re coming together again to host another Community Meal Giveaway for families in need. 🙏🏾

📅 Date: Tuesday, November 11, 2025
🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Big Zues Barbecue Banquet Hall (213 Chenango St, Binghamton)

This time, we’re adding even more love to the table:
🧴 A Hygiene Table with essentials for families
👕 A Gently Used Clothing Station

Century Sunrise got a little spooky in between rain drops 🎃 Even the wind and chill didn't stop the most determined costumed kids and creatures from filling their bags with candy!
