Weeks before we’d have listed, I ran the pricing analysis and walked the sellers through prep — so when the right buyer came along, there was nothing standing in the way. No guessing, no chasing the market down later.
That’s the part that’s easy to miss. A home sells well because of decisions made early, not luck at the finish line.
