Summer has arrived at Miller Crest! ☀️✨ The pool is officially open and ready for you. Please remember to respect the space and follow the pool rules so everyone can have a blast! 💦

Here is a quick refresher on our community pool rules:

🕒 Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.

👨‍👩‍👧 Supervision: Kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times. No swimming alone!

👥 Guests: Up to 2 guests per apartment, and residents must stay with them.

🚫 Keep it Safe: No diving, rough play, running, or jumping. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please swim at your own risk!

🩱 Attire: Proper swimsuits only (no street clothes or cut-offs, please).

🧼 Rinse Off: Please use the shower before jumping in to help keep the water sparkling clean.

🙅‍♂️ Prohibited: No glass containers, alcohol, pets (except service animals), or loud music.

⛈️ Weather: The pool area will close during bad weather.

Historic Jonesborough just announced their annual Jonesborough Days for July 3rd & 4th, and it’s the perfect excuse for a little weekend road trip! There’s going to be live music, yummy festival food, a parade, and fireworks.

Miller Crest Apartments here with a few community updates:

🏊‍♀️ Pool Opening: The pool will be open on Memorial Day (May 25th, 2026). Please respect the space and rules.

🎆 Office Holiday Hours: The office will be closed for Memorial Day. You can still text and email us, and we'll get back to you on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026.

✉ Misdelivered Mail: If you receive someone else's mail, please either bring it to the office or place it in the clear bin next to the mailboxes.

🎉 Referral Bonus: We have a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom available and ready for move-in. If you refer someone to us and they sign a lease, you'll get $300 OFF one month's rent!

🦆 Drive Safely (Duck Alert!): There is a family of ducks roaming around the property. We're unsure where they're nesting, so please keep an eye on the roads when driving. You can check out photos of them on our page!

🦆 ATTENTION LOCAL DUCKS: We need to have a quick chat.

The pool is officially NOT open yet, and honestly, it’s not an available rental option anyway! We have plenty of beautiful 1-bedrooms and 2-bedroom apartments that would be a much better fit for your family. 🏡🐤🌷

I can't believe it happened again! 😭 Mama and all her babies have been safely relocated to a much better spot nearby. They are just too cute! ️🥰🦆
