Sometimes a home doesn’t need a full stage—it just needs a fresh set of eyes. 🏡

For this beautiful home, I provided a staging consultation along with a few carefully selected pieces from my staging inventory to help highlight its best features. Sometimes, a few thoughtful changes can make all the difference!

This home was such a peaceful place to stage! 🏡

My favorite feature? The windows! Everywhere you look, they frame the beautiful views and fill the home with natural light. It truly feels like the outdoors is part of the home.

One thing I really loved is the flexibility of the layout. You could use the large room as the primary bedroom, just as it’s staged, or choose the more private bedroom tucked in the back. Both rooms have double doors leading to the back porch, so either way, you can step outside and enjoy the incredible view.

While I was there, I even spotted deer wandering through the backyard. Between the wildlife, the peaceful setting, and the quiet surroundings, it was easy to forget I was there to work! This beautiful one-level home is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty around you.

There is something so special about helping a home tell its story, and this one has such a charming personality. From the welcoming living spaces to the open flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, this home has a wonderful mix of character and comfort.

My favorite feature has to be the primary bedroom! It truly feels like you have your own private corner of the home. It is so spacious that it feels more like a retreat than just a bedroom—a place where you can relax and unwind at the end of the day.

The fully fenced backyard is another wonderful feature, giving families and pets a great space to enjoy. Between the large living room, eat-in kitchen, and thoughtful updates throughout, this home has so much to offer.

🏡 Not every home needs new furnishings to make a big impact!

This was a fun stage because I was able to use only the homeowner’s existing items and give the home the “Traci Touch” by rearranging furniture and décor to create better flow, open up the spaces, and help each room show its best potential.

One of my favorite features of this home is the way the bedrooms are all tucked upstairs together, creating a wonderful sense of separation and privacy The master bedroom is huge and the convenient washer and dryer location is also a great everyday feature that makes life a little easier.

With its peaceful country atmosphere, this home has so much to offer. Sometimes small changes can make a big difference in helping buyers picture themselves living in a space.

🏡 It was so much fun to stage this home!

Recently, I had the opportunity to stage another home with the same floor plan, so it was really neat to get to create a completely different look and feel in this one. With the different colors, finishes, and personality of the home, it was fun bringing out what made this property unique and helping it shine in its own way.

One thing I love about this neighborhood is the peaceful atmosphere. It’s such a quiet area where neighbors are friendly, people enjoy going for walks, and there’s a wonderful sense of community. Those little details can make a house feel even more like home.

🏡 A big thanks to Andrea Puckett for this staging opportunity! This property has such a peaceful atmosphere. It’s quiet, full of charm, and has all the character you’d hope for in a 1933 home. I especially love the main-level primary bedroom, the generously sized bathrooms and closets, and… just wait until you see the backyard! 😍

It was a joy to stage this beautiful home, and I think it would make a wonderful place for a family to create memories of their own.

This home was especially meaningful for me because right next door is the house where my grandfather and five of my aunts and uncles were born. It’s still standing today and is actually for sale as well! My grandparents later moved to another home, where my father was born. Sadly, that house was torn down years ago to make way for the highway.

Right across the street is the church my family attended, so being surrounded by so much family history made this one a little extra special to stage.

One of the perks (and dangers!) of staging homes is occasionally creating a room you wish you could take home with you. I had the chance to help stage this living room and front sitting area in Blountville, and I absolutely fell in love with the living room. The layout, the warmth, and the overall feel came together beautifully. Now I’m inspired to recreate some of these ideas in my own home! ✨🏡
