Happy New Year 🎆
The 2025 Move to Kingsport Annual Report has been published and i wanted to give you a quick synopsis:
✨Kingsport isn’t slowing down — it’s just settling into a new normal ✨
🚙 We still saw hundreds of new families relocate here from outside the region in both 2024 and 2025 — with just a small dip of about 10% in 2025. Most of that growth is now coming from within a 300-mile drive (Tennessee, Virginia, the Carolinas, Kentucky, Georgia), rather than long-distance cross-country moves 🚗
💪🏼And even with fewer relocations, home values have stayed steady — with price per sq. ft. actually increasing. That tells us demand is still strong for the right homes in the right locations 💪🏼
Bottom line: Kingsport’s housing market remains stable, resilient, and rooted in steady regional demand. ❤️
