Just imagine working hours and hours and not getting paid at the end of the week/month.
That's what happens when realtors spend time with buyers and they buy a house with another realtor.
We miss ballgames, spend gas money, miss dinner... Just to drop everything and go look at a house brand new on the market for you so you don't miss out. Then we miss out on any kind of pay check.
Don't do that.
