I apologize for not posting much this past year. I've been a bit preoccupied with growing our family! These two handsome boys were born the middle of November and have kept me on my toes (and off my toes) for the good part of the year! I'm hoping to be back in full real estate swing by Spring but if I can help anyone in the meantime, don't hesitate to message me! Besides, it would be nice to talk to grownups once in a while ☺️

It's been a rather difficult year for most of us, myself included. But I am so happy to be back to work! Went house hunting with a great couple on Friday and had an accepted offer on a fabulous house Saturday evening! Can't wait to be able to hand them the keys when it closes!

2020 brought some really positive changes to the VA Mortgage process!
Did you know...
You can purchase multiple homes?
You can buy after you've had a VA foreclosure/short sale?
The Funding Fee is waived with ANY service related disability?
The Restoration process is nearly instant, you can close on old and new houses on the same day?
There is no purchase price cap if you've never used your VA or it has been fully restored?
