Since joining Universal Living in 2023 as a member of our maintenance team, Kevin has embraced the opportunity to grow his career by transitioning into property management. Pool season is officially here! ☀️🏊‍♂️

Our community pool is now open for residents and their accompanied guests to enjoy. As you head out for some fun in the sun, please help us keep the pool area safe and enjoyable for everyone:

• Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult
• No food, alcohol, glassware, or animals permitted in the pool area
• No running or diving
• First aid kits are available in the clubhouse
• Adults should avoid swimming alone

Additional pool rules are posted inside the pool area. We can’t wait to see everyone enjoying the season safely! 🌊
