Closed on this property yesterday for one of my investor clients. To often when thinking/talking about real estate investing people always look at the list price of a property first to determine if it’s a “good deal” instead of looking at the actual return numbers the property brings. Such an awesome day for such a great family. We closed on the Terry’s brand New Construction home this morning and part of what makes this job truly special and rewarding is seeing the excitement on their faces at the closing table knowing all their hard work has paid off and they finally get to move in and make the home their own vision and make memories that will last a lifetime. I truly appreciate you guys putting your trust in me to walk with you through this process and have genuinely had a blast doing it. I am deeply connected to Northwest Arkansas. I graduated from Farmington High School, and shortly after moved to Louisiana to purse my college baseball career. While in college I studied both business and construction management. I fell in love with real estate from an early age working for my parents construction company. Upon my return from college I knew real estate was the platform I wanted to use to build a business and career as well as serve others in the Northwest Arkansas area. I support and am involved in many local organizations and charities-including LeadForOne Non-Profit, Perfect Timing Baseball & Softball Academy, Bella Vista Animal Shelter, and Miracle League to name a few.
When I am not working on real estate I am a private baseball instructor and give private baseball lessons at Perfect Timing Baseball & Softball Academy as a way to help invest in young kids/athletes growth and develop.
