There’s two types of brokers…the type who tells you an exact time they’re going to be somewhere with no nonsense and the type who says things like “Okee dokee”. 😂

As you all know, I do property management as well…at the lake of Egypt (among other places)…where we just had a tornado…needless to say, my day has been chaotic 🌪️😅.

•I’ve been to every lake house (14) today
•I’ve cleaned a house to fill the gap in cleaner schedules
•I’ve replenished inventory at our headquarters
•I’ve coordinated repairs at several properties
•I’ve yielded countless phone calls/texts/emails
•I’ve ran to target to replace a lamp and a rug
•I’ve made dinner for my kiddos
•Ran payouts for our cleaners
•I’m now headed to another property for inspection at 6pm

In the midst of all of this, I got a pre-approval letter for the sweetest client who’s been patiently waiting on their lender and I was able to put in an offer on their dream home. Some agents see this as just another thing to add to the to-do list…I see it as such a privilege. One that I stopped everything I was doing for. They could have called any of the excellent agents in Southern Illinois, but they called me 🥹🩷🏡.
