Due Diligence 🔎
I am sure you have read it before: “buyer and buyers agent to do own due diligence”
So what does this even mean?
The seller is assuming no responsibility so it’s up to you and your realtor to review all disclosures and schedule all inspections.
If problems surface, now is the time to renegotiate terms or if you really must, terminate the deal. Do not wait until this period has ended, it will cost you!
Make sure you hire the right realtor, the one who reads and sends you all the disclosures and can tell you all the red flags!
