Congratulations to my clients on their purchase of a townhome at Aventura in Norwalk, a new 55+ community. We looked for the right place for them for a long time, but nothing was a good fit. When I saw this listing, I suggested that they go to one of the open houses to see what they thought. And here we are!

I earned my SRES® designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®) years ago, a credential for REALTORS® specializing in meeting the unique financial and lifestyle needs of clients aged 50 and older. Awarded by the SRES® Council, this designation prepares agents to assist seniors with selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. It’s been incredibly helpful to have this knowledge as friends and clients decide they are ready for their next chapter, because I can guide them and assist with all that comes with finding and buying a new home that better fits their needs, and selling their current home. I can also connect them with a lender who has the ability to make the financial part of this transition seamless.
