Big News! 🏠

I am so excited…and long overdue to share that I have officially made a transition from RE/MAX Alliance to Tallent Co. Real Estate!

I am incredibly thankful for the support, the friendships made, and experiences I had at RE/MAX Alliance. Everything and everyone helped shape me into the Realtor I am today. I will always be grateful and cherish the amazing people I have met.

CONGRATULATIONS to my amazing clients for closing on your new home on November 4th!!! 🎉🎊🏡🔑

The honor of working with you is unmatched, and I am so grateful for your trust in me during this new chapter of your life. John was my manager at the steel company I worked for years ago, and I have always said he was the best manager I’ve ever had! Lindsay would pop in from time to time to say hi to John and always had a smile on her face. She even made me the most adorable pig out of sheep wool that I kept on my desk for years—until my dog decided to break my heart and play with it while I was at work one day.

For years, we would talk about their grandkids, kids, and John even helped me out when I had my real pigs. 🐷
Now, getting to know them on a deeper level and earning their business truly warms my heart. You both are amazing people.

This transaction had its ups and downs and taught us a lot about unique situations that don’t usually happen. I’m so grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained to help future clients even more.

I know this year hasn’t been the easiest for you, but seeing you smiling in your new home makes it all worth it. I hope I was able to relieve some of the craziness! We were originally under contract on another property that didn’t work out—which ultimately led us to this home that’s absolutely perfect and fits all your needs!

🎊I love a perfect home buying story!! 💝🏠

Congratulations to my awesome buyer, Jacob, for closing on your first home before the Labor Day weekend!!! I’m so happy for you!!😃🎊

Jacob came to me from one of my lender partners and our personalities matched right away! We were able to look at houses, have fun, laugh, joke, and make this process more enjoyable for him while building trust!

After seeing a couple of homes, we went under contract! We got all the way up to getting the inspection report and when we saw the report, we both kind of jumped! There were a lot of concerning items on this house for Jacob and while the seller wanted to work with us, we decided to terminate our contract and move forward to another property!

So the home search was on again!!

Then we stumbled across this beauty that had just hit the market!! 😍

I was able to get Jacob a sweet deal of seller concessions (money from the seller for closing costs, ect…) and get him all that he asked for! He was so excited!!!

The seller/listing agent, Karen Varner, and her husband were so great to work with!
