If you asked me what I was doing last Tuesday, I probably couldn’t tell you. But if you asked me what I was doing 25 years ago, on Tuesday, September 11, 2001, I could tell you exactly where I was and what I was doing.

Some days are forever etched into our memories.

Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the first responders who are still suffering from the effects of that day, and all those who have served and sacrificed to protect our freedom.

25 years later, we still remember. We will NEVER FORGET. 🇺🇸

Honor those we lost by living life to the fullest, loving a little harder, and never taking our freedom or one another for granted. ❤️

It’s the little things… coffee, showings, Colorado skies and a little late-night real estate.

I started my morning at Starbucks with clients and had to snap a picture of this adorable sign because it just seemed like the perfect way to start the day. “All you need is love & a good cup of coffee.” ☕️

Then I grabbed my matcha and noticed the green light perfectly lined up in the background, so of course I decided that had to be a good sign for the day! 💚

From there, it was off to meet my second set of buyers and tour houses 3, 4 & 5.

On the drive home, Colorado decided to show off a little. The skies, the mountains, the open fields… seriously, how lucky are we to live here? 🏔️❤️

And another exciting part of the day… my listing is FINALLY getting painted! Fresh walls, bright white cabinets and trim are officially underway, and I cannot wait to see the transformation when it all comes together.

I’m burning the midnight oil and just submitted an offer on house #2!
🤞🏼 Fingers crossed our offer is accepted and we found “the one!”

Not a bad Saturday in real estate. 🏡

What color would you choose? 🎨 White Cabinets? Warm greige walls? Soft sage? Modern taupe? Here is your chance to decide.
This beautiful townhome is getting a fresh new look, and the buyer who gets under contract before painting begins can choose the wall and cabinet colors. ✨
That's a level of personalization most buyers never get with a resale home.
Comment below with the color palette you'd choose and message me for a private showing.

Attention Real Estate Agents… we still have openings! Jump in and join us for a fun and empowering class focused on safety, awareness, and confidence. 🩷

🗓️ May 27th,
🕛 4:00 to 6:00 PM
📍 563 Hillspire Drive
Windsor, CO 80550

As agents, we spend so much time walking into unfamiliar homes, meeting people we don’t know, sitting at open houses alone, and showing properties in all kinds of situations.

We love what we do, but we also need to be smart about the very real risks that can come with this profession.

LPT is hosting a Self Defense Class for Real Estate Agents and, thanks to our amazing sponsors, the first 10 agents to sign up will have their class covered.

This is not about fear.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about awareness.
It’s about knowing what to do when something feels off.

Whether you’re a brand-new agent or you’ve been in the business for years, this is one of those classes every Realtor® should consider taking.

Huge thank you to our sponsors, Alise Hover, Carrie Walker, and Drew McClellan, for investing in agent safety and supporting our real estate community.

This is how we take care of each other. 🩷
