It’s the little things… coffee, showings, Colorado skies and a little late-night real estate.

I started my morning at Starbucks with clients and had to snap a picture of this adorable sign because it just seemed like the perfect way to start the day. “All you need is love & a good cup of coffee.” ☕️

Then I grabbed my matcha and noticed the green light perfectly lined up in the background, so of course I decided that had to be a good sign for the day! 💚

From there, it was off to meet my second set of buyers and tour houses 3, 4 & 5.

On the drive home, Colorado decided to show off a little. The skies, the mountains, the open fields… seriously, how lucky are we to live here? 🏔️❤️

And another exciting part of the day… my listing is FINALLY getting painted! Fresh walls, bright white cabinets and trim are officially underway, and I cannot wait to see the transformation when it all comes together.

I’m burning the midnight oil and just submitted an offer on house #2!
🤞🏼 Fingers crossed our offer is accepted and we found “the one!”

Not a bad Saturday in real estate. 🏡
