Spent the morning prom dress shopping and now we’re onto round two… because apparently my teenager has decided shopping is her full-time career 😅

Just got new glasses and suddenly every house I show is a ✨10✨

Like wow… was that clutter always there or did my old prescription have me seeing ✨potential✨ instead of ✨chaos✨ 😂

Clients: “We’re not sure about this one…”
Me with my new lenses: “Oh no babe… we can definitely see better options now 👀🏡”

Moral of the story: clear vision = better decisions (and fewer ‘what were we thinking’ closings)

The happiest moment of my morning is that first sip of an iced latte. Not the sunrise. Not emails. Just coffee keeping the real estate wheels turning. ☕️❄️
Thankful for slow Saturday mornings with music playing, planning showings, and reminding myself that even when winter is being extremely disrespectful, people are still buying, selling, and dreaming up their next move.
