INVESTORS!!! We have decided to list for sale our Kamtz Tiny Home Co flagship model home the “Empty Nester” that is a very popular rental the tiny house resort ! DM me for details on it and how you can own one of the 22 tinys at this great resort. Price is $90K OBO. Produces a very good yearly income return with little to no time with WeeCasa managing the tiny.

So fun and exciting to be neighbors for the weekend with at the !!! Great tinys and skoolies from all the builders and diyer’s. Congratulations to for best in show this year! You guys deserve every bit of it. Thanks to Art and his whole crew for putting on an amazing Tiny House Festival. We will do everything we can to be back next year for sure. @ Adams County Fairgrounds
