Some things are worth the wait! This was a tough one and the listing agent, Chelsea Brodal (The Loan Goddess) and I worked VERY hard. We got the entire complex HOA approved until 2029 for our first time home buyer. Due to hard work, down payment assistance and a lot of patience she will now pay her OWN MORTGAGE instead of someone else’s! Congratulations 🍾🎉

What a transformation! So happy for all my clients. My next door neighbor, Redthreaded decided to sell her condo late last year. It is a beautiful and very unusual place. I have other neighbors that own AirBNBs. I showed it and they had a vision.
