The 2534 Service Team (Ethan and Zach) are ready to save the day one clogged drain, repaired appliance, AC rescue, and mystery noise at a time. 🔧💪

 

These are the fellas helping keep our community looking great and running smoothly every day. From emergency fixes to everyday repairs, they’re already hard at work making a difference around the property. Be sure to wave when you see them cruising around the community in their golf carts like celebrities. 🚗💨

🔧🐍🎸 Please help us welcome the newest addition to our Service Team.. Meet Zach! 🎸🐍🔧

We thought we hired a maintenance technician… but we may have accidentally hired a one-man survival show. 😅

Not only can he fix just about anything around the community, but outside of work he:
🥁 Plays the drums
🎹 Plays piano
🎸 Plays guitar
🏍️ Rebuilds motorcycles for fun
🐍 Takes care of 10+ reptiles at once (mostly snakes… because apparently one snake wasn’t enough)

So if you see him around the property fixing HVAC, repairing appliances, handling maintenance requests, or casually talking about snake habitats, now you know why. 😎

We’re excited to have someone this talented, hardworking, and versatile on the team. Be sure to say hello and give him a warm community welcome! 👏

On Memorial Day and every day, we pause to remember and honor the courageous individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Wishing you a peaceful Memorial Day surrounded by loved ones.

Our office will be closed on Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day. Normal office operations will resume on Tuesday, May 26th. While our team will be away, self-guided tours will still be available for those interested in exploring our community at your convenience.
