Our externs are generally required to be involved in the Judicial Extern Program on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. On Wednesday, they spend the full day in the program. They will sometimes have other commitments as well. Otherwise, students are available (and encouraged) to work. The following forms have been translated:
1. The Statewide Waiver of Criminal Court Assessments form set has been translated into Spanish, Polish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and Korean.
2. The Cook County Waiver of Criminal and/or Traffic Court Assessments form set has been translated into Spanish, Polish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and Korean.
These translated forms help limited English-proficient and non-English speaking litigants better understand the English court forms. Translated versions of statewide forms are for informational purposes only and cannot be filed.
