This one had a few “wait…what now?” moments 😅

The appraisal came in low, we pushed for a reconsideration… twice… and still didn’t land where we needed to be.

At that point, a lot of people would’ve called it.
But we didn’t.

We slowed it down, stayed level-headed, and went back to the table with a game plan. Real conversations just figuring out what actually made sense for everyone involved.

And guess what… it worked.

My buyers are officially homeowners !

I’m sharing this because I know how easy it is to get discouraged or think “maybe it’s just not the right time.” But situations like this happen more often than you think—and there’s almost always a way through with the right strategy.
