I walked into this duplex in an HOA FREE neighborhood in Joliet and started mentally moving my furniture in before I even finished the tour. (An occupational hazard at this point.)

In case it’s not obvious, I really love Diet Coke and helping people find a home of their very own in the Chicagoland Suburbs.

Not sure which one gets me more excited some days, an ice cold fountain drink or handing someone their own set of keys. Both feel like a small celebration, but only one of them comes with a mortgage.

Another super special closing day today 🥹 Please help me congratulate this sweet family on their first home of their very own!!! 🎉 Their journey started a few years back when they reached out for the first time with hopes to one day own their own home. I connected them with Tony Predey and they did what the ideal client can do. They listened to our advice and their dream was able to come to fruition🩷 I have seen them work so hard for this and I’m so beyond excited that I was able to handover their keys today. Everyone is so focused on where rates are going that they’re forgetting the actual question.

And the actual question is: what does waiting cost me?
