You might be wondering is it a good time to list your home or even buy in 2023. The answer is YES!
I was able to negotiate over asking price on two of my listings, As-Is, and even have an appraisal waiver gap ! For buyers we are seeing an advantage too , as interest rates have increased , some sellers are willing to give closing cost credit and we are even seeing price reductions . Now is the time to act!

Real estate is a tough business sometimes, there’s up’s, there’s downs..I am pleased to say that we just got a clear to close for the buyers on my listing ..they were in need of a document and I have been working very hard to make sure I got it and I did , you need an agent that goes above and beyond and doesn’t wait for things to just happen ..you make them happen ..feeling extra excited for my client who will be selling and purchasing on Monday .
