The FINAL NEAHBA membership meeting will be next Tuesday, November 18th, 11:30am at Golden Corral.

Our speaker will be Michele Linehan, Executive Officer for the North Central Arkansas HBA, who will be taking over our area. She will talk about the chapter and how you can continue to get the benefits of being a member of the Homebuilders Association.

We will also be thanking our NEAHBA President, Kim Schrantz, for her service over the past two years.

Dear NEAHBA Member,

After much consideration, the Northeast Arkansas Home Builders Association Board of Directors has made the hard decision to close our chapter as of 12/31/25 due to several factors:

• The numbers of active builders in the area has decreased over the years.

• The attendance at our monthly meetings has been low for a while, despite several efforts to raise it, making it unfair to speakers who may get their message out to only a few people.

• We no longer run the Home & Garden Show, which was a benefit to our Associate members.

• We no longer run the Parade of Homes, which was a benefit to our Builder members.

You may still be a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Arkansas Home Builders Association by joining the North Central Arkansas Home Builders Association.

By joining the NCAHBA, you can still get all the benefits of State and National HBA membership such as Member Pricing if you attend the International Builder’s Show, AHBA Builder Rebates and more.

The NEAHBA Golf Tournament will be held Thursday, September 18th, at Sage Meadows. This year, we are partnering with AG for Autism. You should receive registration forms in a week or so.
