It's true that you get what you pay for because versus a 7% listing commission, I increased their profit by $7,770! 💲💯
That's money in their pocket instead of mine.

As an independent local REALTOR®️, my sole goal is to sell your home for only 4% and to not charge you a single extra fee so you make the most money possible. Of my 4% listing commission, 2.5% still goes to agent that represents the buyer(s). Since 2017, I have yet to have a single other realtor refuse to accept a 2.5% commission check. ☺️
