SOLD🏡 Congrats to My Seller, The Buyer, The Buyers Agent, Terry Abstract Title, My Principal Broker, And Team DCA.
Violin Moment🎻...I got my IT Degree over a Decade Ago and I "Fix Things" for Hospitals, Banks, Schools, Law Offices, Factories, etc.

My 💍 was the HGTV Person.
She Knew Everything About It, but didn't have the time.
I Wasn't thinking about Houses, at First.
Only I.T and Music.
But I had the time to Take On an Additional Career and I knew that I Could Probably Learn It,...so We decided that I would get A Real Estate License(to be official) and We'll Buy and Flip or Rent Properties.
It Never Crossed My Mind to Be Other Peoples Real Estate Agent, mainly because I Usually Stay To Myself. And I Was Maybe Even A Little Shy in Person.
But I did Help People Sale. And I did Help People Buy. And I Loved Helping.
I even got My Gold Teeth Removed🤦🏾‍♂️Lol.
...Years Later, I have My Brokers License and I Greatly Appreciate Every Single Person that has Come to Me to Buy or Sell a Home🏡.
