LRG Commercial is pleased to announce that Ollie’s Bargain Outlet has leased 30,000 square feet at 1907 Woodsprings Road in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This location represents Ollie’s first store in Jonesboro as the retailer continues their rapid expansion across the Mid-South.

The transaction was brokered by our own Garrett McPherson, CCIM, Executive Broker at LRG Commercial, who represented the landlord. Sarah Egart and Scott Bitney of Location CRE in St. Louis represented Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in the lease negotiations.
