You also agree that if the administrators feel that you've done something on this site that doesn't back up a good buyer/seller reputation, your membership will be cancelled. below.
1. Please do not put any form of weaponry or ammunition on this site.
2. Please create an album with your photos of items for sale instead of listing them individually. This will help other sellers have an opportunity to have their items seen as well. It will also help you find your items easier to keep a check on comments of interest since Facebook doesn't always notify you of them. You can also find your items easier to remove when they are sold. Please only bump your album & NOT individual photos. Limit "Bumping" to 2 times per day so everyone can have an equal opportunity for their items to be seen.
*If you are listing from your phone and you are ABSOLUTELY not able to create an album, please limit your posts to 3 at a time. When an item sells, you may remove your post then list another in it's place. If you exceed the allowed amount, your posts will be removed. There are Mobile Instructions in a document at the top of the page so we ask you to please try to use them to create an album.
3. Please add prices to your pictures when you post so there is not a constant asking of "How Much". If you are not able to follow through and add your item descriptions with prices when you add your pics, then please wait til you will be able to before you add your pics. REMEMBER...this is not an auction page so do not make posts as such. Please put your descriptions in the EDIT link beneath your pics and not the comment bar. When you put them in the comment bar it makes each of your pics come up on the wall and knocks other sellers post down sooner than should be.
*Members.....If you feel that a member has listed their item at too *High* a price or have a disagreement with their post in any manner, DO NOT comment your opinion on their post! They are entitled to price their item however they like. If you feel there is something done that goes against the rules, contact administration. Making comments of disagreement only leads to negative discussion on the wall and this is something we do not want to take place.
4. When your item sells, please delete your post to help clear out the page. If you cannot do it from your phone, please do it from a computer. If you don't have access to a computer, please let the administration know it has sold so they can remove it. If you could comment on your item "Please Remove ~ Sold" for administration to know, that would be most helpful.
5. Do not comment on another person's post offering to sell the same item for a cheaper price or simply because you have one of your own to sell! If you have the same item for sale, create your own post to do so.
6. Inappropriate posts & conversations will be removed from the page AND the person making those inappropriate posts risks their membership being cancelled.
7. Please be honest in the descriptions of your items. If you know something is broken, stained, not working right, etc... PLEASE SAY SO.
8. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask questions about items BEFORE you make the purchase. The administration is NOT responsible for the transactions that take place on this page.
9. It would be helpful to list the town your item is located in when you post your item.
10. If you have agreed to sell your item to an individual, follow through with it. It is not acceptable to sell it to someone else and not the one you first made the agreement with. It is also not acceptable to move on to another member simply because they offered you more money for your item.
11. Please be courteous and respond to the first person who shows interest in your item and not the first one who says they want it. A person may want more details about your item before they agree to purchase. If the first person does not respond to you in a timely manner once you've answered their questions, then feel free to move on.
*Members, make a comment of interest on an item first, then send an inbox message to the seller so the seller can be sure who posted interest first and for clarity to other members that someone has commented interest ahead of them.*
12. Please do not make posts about businesses (services offered, local businesses, companies recruiting salespersons, selling of items from companies) on the wall since this is a Yard Sale page. are allowed. Food items will not be allowed due to Health Dept. regulations.
13. If you have a complaint, please contact the administration about it and don't start a thread of negative discussion on the page.
14. Remember, this is a Jonesboro page and if you're shopping here from out of town that it is YOUR responsibility to meet in Jonesboro for pick up unless the seller agrees to meet you somewhere else.
15. No ADULT conversations or explicit items shall be listed you will be removed immediatley. No Questions Asked
