The market isn’t slowing down — and neither am I. 🏡💥
Deals are being made, homes are being sold, and yes… I’m working while you’re scrolling. I have sold 3 homes since Christmas time, and have 2 planning to close next week.

But hey, there are 24 hours in a day — and I plan to use every one of them. Ok, lets be real, if you know me at all, I'm in bed by 9 pm most nights.

If you’re ready to buy, sell, or just talk real estate dreams… I’ve got time. Let’s make it happen. In the mean time, I'm enjoying staying in my pj's in side by the fire. My friends and family know I don't like to go outside if the temp is below my age. LOL

So… what’s the vibe in the housing market right now?

Imagine a game of musical chairs—but with houses, interest rates, and a lot of caffeine. That’s basically it.

📉 Rates are flirting around again, which means buyers are peeking out from their hidey-holes like “Is it safe yet?” Spoiler: kinda.

📦 Inventory’s creeping up, which is great news unless you’re a seller who thought bidding wars were forever. (They weren’t. Sorry.)

💰 Sellers: If you’ve got equity, you’re basically sitting on a gold mine. Just don’t dig too deep—call me first.

👀 Buyers: It’s not 2021, but it’s not 2008 either. There are deals out there if you’ve got patience, snacks, and a good agent (hi 👋).
