This one is a special one.

This beautiful lakefront property is officially changing hands as the sellers begin a new chapter, downsizing to be closer to family. At the same time, the buyers found their dream home and the opportunity to fully embrace lake life.

But the story doesn’t end there.

The sellers had a beloved dog they were hoping to rehome. As fellow dog lovers, the buyers stepped in without hesitation and welcomed the pup into their family. What started as a real estate transaction became the perfect match for both people and pets.

Not every day do we help a family find their dream home and help a dog find theirs too.
